- Register For Your Vault
Get a username and password to your own secure Vault. The Vault enables you to upload and store the financial information required for lenders to make a proposal on the loan. Your Vault information is accessible for future transactions so that your information can pre-populate future loan applications.
- Build Your Loan Package
Complete the loan application and upload other information. There are over 75 unique loan applications, customized to specific loan types. Each application is designed to give lenders the information they need to make intelligent proposals on your specific financing request. In addition, the Vault can store tax returns, pictures, maps, appraisals, and other documents necessary for lenders.
- Invite Qualified Lenders
Upon completing your loan package, if you have chosen to take advantage of our extensive Lender Network, all lenders whose criteria match your loan request are automatically notified. Beforehand, you have the option of excluding any lenders who you prefer not to deal with. You can also invite your own lenders to compete with our lenders and each other to submit competitive proposals.
- View Lender Proposals
When lenders review your loan package, you are automatically notified. If lenders have additional questions, they can email you directly thru the system without disclosing your identity (if you chose to remain anonymous). Lenders then submit their financing proposals based on your loan application and your particular needs. You can view the proposals at any time and even ask lenders questions thru the system without revealing your identity.
- Select The Lender
After all lenders have submitted their proposals, you evaluate the proposals and select the lender whose proposal best meets your needs. There is no pressure from lenders -
you remain in control throughout the process. If you have chosen to remain anonymous, your information is sent to the selected lender at this time.
- Close Your Loan
With your selected lender, you conduct due diligence and prepare the loan documentation. The loan is then funded. Congratulations! Please remember to let us know how you were treated by the lender.
