The Credentrust CAM offers functionality designed to enable and manage all aspects of the credit approval process. Below is a brief overview of the various modules available:
Create credit applications that can automatically populate loan applications from the Finance Center (and vice versa). Applications are fully customizable and can be updated in real time.
Manage the items and steps needed for processing the application to ensure that each step is taken.
Enables all parties to quickly determine the current status. History of status changes is tracked along with who updated the status.
Designate the user responsible for the application. Can be handed off during processing with assign history being tracked. Initial user can be assigned automatically.
Record notes for internal purposes.
Create reminder messages for designated date and times.
Receive electronic faxes from customers and other parties that are automatically loaded into the system. Send outgoing e-faxes for reference requests and other communication with customers and other parties.
Both admin users and customers can upload files from their computer, such as Word documents and pictures. Files can be accessible to customers or for internal purposes only.
Track email and other correspondence with the customer, references and other parties.
Create templates for common email communications sent to customer and other parties.
Maintain a database of all important contacts used internally, such as banks, vendors, employees and other third parties that are often contacted while processing applications.
CRM system to track prospective customers, including notes, contact management, alerts and more.
Integrated access with the credit bureaus of your choice at the touch of a button. You can use your existing accounts with the bureaus or our Credentrust accounts.

Create document templates that can be populated by the application and even other documents, including mathematical calculations. Documents can be viewed online, saved as a Word document, emailed or faxed.
Proposal Documents - You create. Customer can view.
Internal Documents - You create. Customer cannot view. For internal use only.
External Documents - You or customer create. Customer can view.
Automated reference checking via email or electronic fax to banks, vendors, trades, landlords, etc. References from the application are sent an email or fax invitation and can complete a customizable response form.
Assign permissions to users for all features of the system. Permission can be assigned to individual users and/or to groups.
View summary of applications based on designated criteria.
Export data in XML, tab-delimited, PDF and/or fixed-length format.
Each customer creates their own secure Vault (or admin users can create it for them). Customers can use their Vault to store and organize business information that can be accessed anywhere at any time. It also seamlessly integrates with the Credentrust Finance Center for customers to quickly complete loan applications.
